MTH 099 Math with ALEKS
In this computer-based course students have the opportunity to move through more than one developmental math level in one term (saving time and money). It is designed for students who need to take several math courses before entering a program and who have seen the material before and need to "fill in the gaps." This class computer software covers material from MTH20 through MTH95. At the end of each level, an in-person proctored test will be administered and students can continue working on to the next level. At the end of the term, based on how many levels they have completed, they will be informed of which class they have successfully completed. Can be repeated up to three times for credit. Math 099 is non-graded, grade will be transcribed as MTH 20, MTH 70 and/or MTH 95 depending upon progress.
