Provides instruction in concepts of quality, value, industrial standards, and lean manufacturing methods involving the improvement of industrial efficiency and production. The course also covers the use of statistical process control to improve maintenance and production processes along with Six Sigma techniques and strategies used to make databased decisions within manufacturing or service environments to improve customer satisfaction, products, processes, and quality.
