CAS 121 Beginning Keyboarding
Introduces the basic skills of touch keyboarding and techniques when using a computer keyboard. This class emphasizes the development of speed and accuracy.
Recommended: RDWR 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement test scores. Proficiency Exam is available.
Addendum: Students can be awarded Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) by completing a proficiency assessment by typing over 40 WPM with less than three (3) errors for a three-minute timing
