Introduces Zumba Fitness to improve health and overall wellness through structured group exercise. Promotes maintenance or improvement of fitness, health, and overall wellness through structured group fitness classes. Emphasizing improved cardiorespiratory conditioning, endurance, flexibility, body composition, and skill-related fitness (balance, speed, agility, reaction time, coordination).This course may be taken up to three times for credit.
