Welcome To Tillamook Bay Community College

Welcome to the 2025–2026 academic year at Tillamook Bay Community College!
As your College President, I’m delighted to welcome you to a new academic year filled with purpose, promise, and opportunity. Whether you are just beginning your journey with us or are returning to continue your goals, you belong here, and we are so glad you’re part of the TBCC community.
This year marks another exciting chapter in our college’s growth. Across our campus, you’ll see visible progress as we continue construction on our new Healthcare Education Building and the Center for Industrial Technologies. These state-of-the-art facilities will not only expand our programs in nursing, allied health, and the trades, but also serve as a powerful symbol of our commitment to serving the evolving needs of our students and our region. They reflect the heart of our mission – to provide access to high-quality, hands-on education that leads to meaningful, living-wage careers and long-term community resilience.
But even more than our new buildings, it’s the people of TBCC who make our college so special. Our dedicated faculty and staff continue to go above and beyond to support students and strengthen our learning environment. From personalized advising and caring instruction to behind-the-scenes work that keeps our college running smoothly, every person at TBCC plays a vital role in helping students succeed. This year, we celebrate their incredible contributions and reaffirm our shared commitment to creating a college culture where everyone is supported, encouraged, and inspired to grow.
At TBCC, we believe that education should be inclusive, empowering, and deeply connected to the community we serve. We continue to deepen our equity work, expand access to holistic student supports, and foster a campus climate where every student, regardless of background or circumstance, feels welcomed and valued.
The future at TBCC is bright, and it’s brighter because of you. Thank you for choosing Tillamook Bay Community College. Together, let’s make this a year of discovery, connection, and achievement.
Warmly,
Dr. Paul Jarrell
President, Tillamook Bay Community College
