AG 200 Agricultural and Food Management

This course is focused on economic and business principles applied to the management of firms in agricultural and food industries, including farms, ranches and nurseries, agricultural input suppliers, packers, shippers, processors and food manufacturers and distributors; firm-level goal-setting, information management and financial analysis. Recommended: RDWR 115 and MTH 70, or placement above these levels, and EC 201.
